When will I receive my request?

Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with, only deliver within the country and to a few cities specified on the delivery page.
You can make an out-of-country delivery request to the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information on product weight and rates for international freight forwarders not currently registered in the store.
What if the product is defective?
You should read the return policy for return and exchange conditions, in the event of a product defect, it has been agreed to return the product, the company's shipping value is calculated, and freight is returned to the customer.
